"My wife and I are putting in a new floor on one of the levels of our home. We needed some tiling done near the doorway to create a stylish but utilitarian space that would work as a nice accent to the room, and also as an entryway / wetroom. The rest of the room will have wood floors and be a living room. We'd spent a lot of time searching for wood floors and someone to install them. It can get frustrating dealing with a variety of contractors and their differing opinions. So when we were ready to search for tile and someone to install it, we had sense of dread based on our wood search. But immediately upon meeting Alex, our minds were put at ease.

By comparison to our several weeks of searching for the right wood flooring and the right contractor, we found a tile and an installer within a day. On short notice, Alex met with us, discussed what we wanted, and made a plan to have it done over the next 2 days. A day and a half later, he was done. The work is impeccable, clean, and exactly what we wanted. There were areas of difficulty he had to work around - an area that was less than a tile's width near the sliding glass door, a metal plate and a hole in the floor for a security gate. His tile cutting was perfect and flawless.

He worked with us to find exactly what we wanted, laying out the tiles beforehand and finding the perfect array, offering good advice on what works well. Overall, we had a very calm and pleasant experience working with Alex, and would recommend him to anyone.
